Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: name, email, photo and city, and the Google account data you choose to sign in with.
• Golf activity: rounds, scorecards, handicap, courses played, groups, events, posts, comments and messages you create.
• Location: only while you play a round with GPS, to show distances on the course. Never in the background.
• Market: listings, photos, prices, deals you close and reviews you give or receive.
• Device: push notification token, app version, language and basic diagnostics.

How we use it

To run the app: show your feed, keep your scorecards and stats, connect you with other golfers, send the notifications you enable, moderate the Market (automated review of listings for prohibited items or scams, confirmed by people when in doubt), and improve the service.

Who sees it

Your profile, posts, rounds and listings are visible to other Kepos users according to your settings. We do not sell your data. We use service providers that process it on our behalf: Supabase (database and storage, USA), Google (sign-in, maps, push), Expo (app updates) and Anthropic (automated moderation of listing text and photos). Course maps use OpenStreetMap data.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your account from Settings → Account at any time; deleting removes your profile, posts, rounds and listings within 30 days, except what we must keep by law. You can also write to hello@keposgolf.com to access, correct or delete your data (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 for users in Colombia, and other applicable data-protection laws).

Minors

Kepos is for people 14 and older; under 18 requires a parent or guardian's consent.

Changes

We will announce material changes in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
